New Ways to Pay School Fees Using BPR (Banque Populaire du Rwanda) Channels

New Ways to Pay School Fees Using BPR (Banque Populaire du Rwanda) Channels

One of the most time consuming and mundane activities is paying school, especially when it is the commencement of academic terms seasons.

Kudibooks, and BPR (Banque Populaire du Rwanda) in partnership of Academic Bridge have come up with ways to facilitate parents/guardians to pay school fees leveraging on technology channels such as Bank Teller/BPR Branch, USSD, Mobile App and Internet Banking. Each channel as indicated below will have its corresponding steps that one can use and get the school fees payment done efficiently and effectively.

Prior to this partnership, parents/guardians and students would struggle proving to schools that the school fees have been paid. Ideally, they would present the bank slip to the school administrator in charge and who would check manually if such bank slip matches the bank transaction (bank reconciliation) as the only proof. Imagine in the lenses of the administrator checking hundreds of students bank slips, one after the other? Some can get lost or be skipped which influence the school to communicate to the particular parent/guardian that school fees of their respective student(s) have not been paid yet it is paid and are required to go check with the precise bank branch for getting another bank slip. How frustrating would this be on both ways?

This partnership among Kudibooks, BPR (Banque Populaire du Rwanda) alongside Academic Bridge aims at solving such challenges while also creating efficiency to both parents/guardians and schools as they get live notified for all transactions processed and bank reconciliation done well via Kudibooks platform.

Below is a detailed instruction of steps, depending on the channel, one can decide to opt accordingly:
